Del Monte Fruit Crumble

Peanut/nut and egg-free.
Can be milk free—use milk free margarine and omit the ice cream or yogurt on top.

Total: 40 min.

2 cans (14oz/398mL) Del Monte Sliced peaches in Juice, drained
1 can (14oz/398mL) Del Monte Pineapple Tidbits in its own juice, drained
1 can (14oz/398mL) Del Monte Pear Halves in Light Syrup, drained and sliced
½ cup all purpose flour
½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
¼ tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup cold butter or milk-free margarine, cubed

PLACE fruit in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
COMBINE flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter (if allowed) or milk-free margarine until mixture is crumbly and moist; sprinkle evenly over fruit.
BAKE at 375 F for 30 Min. or until topping is crisp and golden. Serve warm. If allowed, top each serving with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.

Makes 6 servings.
