Cranberry Christmas Pudding and Sauce
Pudding |
|
| 2 cups | Cranberries (1 lb bag, washed) |
| ½ cup | Molasses |
| 2 tsp | Baking Soda (dissolved in 1/2 cup of water) |
| 1½ cup | Flour |
| Pinch | of Salt |
Sauce |
|
| 1 cup | Sugar |
| ½ cup | Butter (not margarine) |
| ½ cup | Vanilla Whipped Cream |
Mix pudding in order given. Steam 2 1/2 hours.
Mix sauce and simmer a few minutes.
Serve warm over pudding.
