Chocolate Coconut Squares

Egg-free, peanut/nut-free
Crust:
1 cup flour
1 cup oatmeal
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup margarine
Mix crust ingredients together.
Press into greased 13 X 9 inch pan.
Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes.

Filling:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix filling ingredients together and spread over baked crust.
Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown at edges.

Icing:
4 tbsp. margarine
1½ cups icing sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 or 3 tbsp. hot coffee (or ½ tbsp. instant coffee plus 2 tbsp. hot water)
Beat with electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Spread onto cooled coconut layer.
Cut in squares or bars to serve.
