Chocolate Banana Muffins

1/3 cup oil little chef
½ cup sugar
¼ cup applesauce or milk replacement or 1 egg
1 cup mashed banana
1½ cups chocolate chips - split into 2 portions
1 cup white or whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon

Combine dry ingredients. Stir together liquid ingredients including banana and 1 portion of chocolate chips. Combine dry and liquid mixtures together gently stirring, Spoon into muffin cups, sprinkle remaining portion of chocolate chips over tops of muffins. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350° (180°C).
